I was never a smoothie girl, especially if it came to replacing a meal, but after I mastered this recipe I have never looked back. Not only is it delicious, I have realized as a busy mom there is nothing more comforting than knowing I don't have to think about or plan a meal for lunch. This recipe takes the guess work out of throwing something together for lunch or ending up running through a fast food place. The blender bomb keeps me full until dinner and the fruits and veggies give me that whole meal feeling.

INGREDIENTS:
10 oz vanilla almond malk (or favorite low calorie nut milk)
1 cup FROZEN mixed berries/bananas (I usually go half banana and rest strawberries/blueberries)
1/2 cup FROZEN cauliflower rice or zucchini
1/2 cup FROZEN kale or spinach
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I like @paleopro or @blenderbombs protein)

In a small high speed blender, blend all ingredients for at least one full minute.
