INGREDIENTS:
1 bag lilys dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
2 cups coconut flakes, unsweetened and toasted
1/3 cup toasted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup hemp hearts
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup toasted pecan pieces
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Put coconut flakes on sheet pan and roast for 5min or until slightly toasted. Watching closely.
2. In a medium-sized microwave safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30 second increment. Stir well after each 30 sec until melted. Typically takes 2-3 times. Do not overheat.
3. In a large bowl, combine toasted coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, and pecan pieces. Pour melted chocolate over the top and stir well to combine. Scoop out balls with a spoon or cookie scoop and put on parchment paper.
4. Place it in fridge to set. Once hard, store in Tupperware.
