Dill-icious Tuna Salad


DILL-ICIOUS PROTEIN TUNA SALAD

Ingredients:


2-5oz cans of tuna, in water and drained

4 tbsp red onion, finely diced

3 Tbsp celery, finely diced

2 tbsp dill relish

1 tbsp dill relish juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 hard boiled eggs, grated (chopped is also ok but dice small )

4 tbsp Greek yogurt, higher fat for better taste

1 -2 tbsp mayo, olive oil based preferred

salt and pepper

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tsp celery seed

 

DIRECTIONS:


1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Making sure to use a fork to blend and smash the tuna until broken up and well-combined. Taste and add more seasoning as needed.
