Easy Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

I adapted this recipe from the amazing @minoomakesstuff . Go check out her stuff! Since summer is wrapping up, I wanted to test them out on my kids and it was a HUGE HIT. They were all eaten in one sitting. Kids just love food on a stick.


Ingredients:

1 cup of blueberries

¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp of coconut oil


Directions:


1. Mix blueberries and yogurt in bowl until fully covered.

2. Put blueberries onto wooden skewers, adding one at a time until filled up.

3. Place on baking tray lined with parchment paper.

4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave slowly.

5. Drizzle melted chocolate onto blueberry pops.

6. Freeze for a couple hours.

7. Enjoy!


*Tip- I used a knife to cut the sharp part of wooden screwer off so it was safe for kids to bite into.
