EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL CHICKEN SALAD
For each serving (approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup) of your chicken salad, you can expect roughly:

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups diced chicken (I use rotisserie chicken without skin)
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (2%)
¼ cup diced pickled red onions (or regular red onions)
2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste.
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2-3 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
1-2 tsp hot sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients above. I like to mxi with a fork, pressing the chicken against bowl to get a combined as possible. Taste and season accordingly.
2. Top with more EBTB seasoning. Serve on a wrap, with crackers, or enjoy alone!
