HALLOWEEN BARK
Ingredients:
1 bag lily’s dark chocolate style chips
½ bag Lily’s peanut butter type chips
2 Trader Joe’s pumpkin jo-jos (or Oreos)
Halloween Sprinkles
Mini Pretzels
Edible googly eyes
Sea Salt
Directions:
1. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Chop cookies, get pretzels, sprinkles and googly eyes ready to place on chocolate (you want them ready so chocolate doesn’t set!)
2. Microwave 1 bag of chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil on 30 second increments. Stirring between each time. I did 2 times before smooth. **If you over microwave, the chocolate will freeze and you will have to start over. Always better to go under and stir until creamy. Repeat for the peanut butter chips! *Note my PB froze so I just did it in chunks but my vision was to do it in swirls with fun designs!
3. Spread out chocolate on parchment paper and smooth with spatula. Then add peanut butter swirls. Then immediately add toppings. Top with flaky sea salt.
4. Place in freezer until completely set (4+ hours).
5. Break into 12 pieces.
