HERBY PROTEIN RANCH
Recipe makes approx 1 cup
Per tbsp:
Calories: ~16 kcal
Fat: ~1.1g
Carbs: ~1.4g
Protein: ~2.2g
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cottage cheese, 2% or higher fat content
1 tbsp ranch seasoning (I used trader joe’s but the hidden valley packet could work too)
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp fresh chives
½ lemon, juiced
1-3tbsp non flavored milk (until you get to consistency you like)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until well combined. Add 1 tbsp of milk until texture is at preferred consistency. Taste and season (with salt and pepper) as needed.
