HIGH PROTEIN BANANA PUDDING
Makes 2 servings:

Ingredients:
3/4 cup coco whipped topping (light preferred), plus 2 tbsp
1 4.4 oz vanilla Greek yogurt (low sugar)
1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder
½ large banana, divided
6 partake vanilla wafers, (or vanilla wafer of choice)
Extra whip and wafers for topping
Directions:
1.Slice a few super thin slices off of your banana and put to the side. In a food processor or small blender, combine whipped topping, vanilla Greek yogurt, protein powder and the rest of banana until smooth and creamy.
2. In small ramekins, line the bottom with vanilla wafers. Top with a tbsp of whipped topping and a few slices banana. Then split the banana mixture between the two. Store in fridge to set for a couple hours or overnight.
3. When ready, top with a little more whipped topping and crushed wafers on top and enjoy!
