INGREDIENTS:
2.5 cups rolled oats
2 scoops protein powder (I used blenderbombs chocolate protein use code “redefinedmamma" for 20% off)
1 cup peanut butter, organic creamy
½ cup honey
½ cup chocolate chips
Couple tbsp of Elavi blue cashew butter (use code “redefinedmamma” for 15% off)
Sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, mix oats and protein powder until well combined.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey and heat for 20 sec intervals and stir until creamy and well blended.
3. Pour wet ingredients into dry. If mixture is too dry, add a tbsp of water until well combined. Add chocolate chips and blend.
4. Pour into a parchment paper lined 8x8 baking dish. Press down with hands on all sides. Top with sprinkles and cashew butter.
