High Protein Mini Waffles


Makes 6-8 pancakes

 

Macros Per Serving:

Cals: 116, Fat: 5.9G, Carbs 16.2G, Fiber: 1g, Net Carbs:15.2g , Protein 10.6g

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Birch Benders Protein Pancake Mix

1 egg

½ cup cottage cheese, 2 %

½ cup whole milk, plus 1-2 tbsp to thin out

1 tbsp olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Combine everything in a bowl. If your child is super picky, then first throw the egg cottage cheese and whole milk in a blender to get a smooth texture. Combine the blended cottage cheese into pancake mix.

2. Heat dash waffle maker until hot. Spray with non-stick spray. Put a small scoop in middle and close. Cook until light goes off. Repeat.

3. Feel free to add chocolate chips, blueberries, bananas, nuts etc! (add ingredients to macros!)
