High Protein Sheet Pan-cake



HIGH PROTEIN SHEET PAN PANCAKES


Makes ?? as many as you want to cut!

 

Macros for entire pan (makes prob ½ sheet pan worth so double if you want more!)

 

 Calories: 657, Fat: 20.9g, Carbs: 73g, Fiber: 4g, Protein: 51.2g

 

 

Ingredients:


1 cup Birch Benders Protein Pancake Mix (I used Kodiak this time- I think it has more of a protein type taste but my kids will still eat it)

1 egg

½ cup cottage cheese, 2 %

½ cup whole milk, plus 1-2 tbsp to thin out

 

 

DIRECTIONS:


1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay parchment paper on sheet pan. Combine everything in a blender. Blend until just combined. Don’t over blend or pancake will be tough.

2. Pour mixture onto sheet pan. If you want a bigger portion that will fill up the sheet pan than double recipe and make sure edges on sheet pan are high enough to hold pancake mix.

3. Feel free to add chocolate chips, blueberries, bananas, nuts etc! (add ingredients to macros!)
