Low Carb BBQ chicken Pizza


I keep making this on repeat so thought I would share. With 3 little babies running around and recently postpartum, I am looking for super easy but healthy recipes.

You have got to try this @primalkitchenfoods bbq sauce, it’s addicting!


Recipe makes 1 pizza


Per pizza (with josephs lavash):


Calories: 413, Fat: 14.6g, Carbs: 20.3, Net Carbs: 14.8, Fiber: 5.5g, Protein: 42.7g


Ingredients:

1 @flatoutbread rustic pizza crust (could also use Joseph lavash)

2-3 Tbsp @primalkitchenfoods kitchen bbq sauce

3-4 oz Rotisserie chicken (shredded or chopped)

1/4 cup Red onion, cut thin

1/2 cup shredded cheddar (or cheese of choice)

1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Spray baking sheet with olive oil spray.

3. Top 1 flatout pizza crust with BBQ sauce, chicken, red onion, then cheese!

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is crisp.

5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cilantro and serve with more bbq sauce!
