
PIZZA CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups shredded chicken breast
½ uncured turkey pepperonis, chopped
2 green onions, diced
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
¼ cup full fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Raos marinara
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend well with a fork until fully incorporated.
2. Serve in a warm tortilla with extra pizza sauce and cheese plus greens like bell peppers or spinach!
