Ingredients
🍴 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used fage 5%)
🍴 1 cup self-rising flour
🍴 pinch of salt
🍴 8 Tbsp of cream cheese (chilled)
🍴 1 egg for egg wash
🍴 toppings of choice ( I did one half with cinnamon/sugar and other half with @traderjoes EBTB seasoning)
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix yogurt and flour and salt in bowl until well incorporated.
3️⃣ Put dough on floured surface and knead (adding flour until not sticky) and forms a ball.
4️⃣ Cut into 8 even pieces.
5️⃣ Roll into ball and flatten with hands. Place 1 Tbsp of cold cream cheese in center of flattened ball and fold/pinch around the cream cheese to form ball.
6️⃣ Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with toppings.
7️⃣ Bake for 25 min or until golden on top.
