Redefined Protein Frosty




Meeting your protein goals everyday is hard, but not with Naked Nutrition Protein Powder.


I was so sick of trying powder after powder that was either loaded with unnecessary ingredients or tasted like chalk. The best thing about this protein powder is it is made up on 3 simple ingredients: grass-fed whey, raw cacao, and coconut sugar. It is totally customizable to whatever creation you want to make. My kids were dying for some frosty's so we made a high protein version at home:


Redefined Protein Frosty


INGREDIENTS:


1 frozen banana

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup milk of choice, plus more depending on texture preference

Splash of vanilla extract

Large handful of ice cubes


DIRECTIONS:


  1. In a high speed blender, put all ingredients together. Start with 1/2 cup milk and add more milk and ice as needed until thick consistency is formed.
