Dark chocolate salty bark (pistachios, pretzels)
Makes approx. 12 servings
Per serving:

Ingredients:
9 oz bag of dark chocolate melts (I prefer lilys for less sugar)
1 tsp coconut oil
½ cup pretzels crushed
½ cup roasted pistachios
Flaky sea salt
Directions:
1. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Get nuts and pretzels ready to place on chocolate (you want them ready so chocolate doesn’t set!)
2. Microwave 1 bag of chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil on 30 second increments. Stirring between each time. I did 2 times before smooth.
3. Spread out chocolate on parchment paper and smooth with spatula. Then immediately add pretzels and pistachios. Top with flaky sea salt.
4. Place in freezer until completely set (4+ hours).
5. Break into 12 pieces.
