Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Choats


STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE OVERNIGHT CHOATS


Makes approx. 4 servings:


Per serving:

Calories: 341, Fat:10g, Carbs: 43g, Fiber: 12 g, Net carbs: 31g, Protein: 22g


INGREDIENTS:


2 cups strawberries, cut in half

2 cups vanilla almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

½ cup low sugar, high protein Greek yogurt of choice (I used strawberry oikos but I think anything would work here- if using plain you may want to add 1 tsp of maple syrup for sweetness)

½ cup cottage cheese

4/3 cups rolled oats (1/3 per container)

4 tbsp chia seeds (1 tbsp per container)

 

Toppings per container:

¼ cup Catalina crunch  

1 tbsp whipped cream cheese

Fresh strawberries

 

DIRECTIONS:


1. In a blender, combine chopped strawberries, milk, protein powder, yogurt, and cottage cheese. Blend until completely smooth.

2. In four separate containers (Tupperware or mason jars with lid work well), add 1/3 cup rolled oats and 1 tbsp chia seeds. Stir to combine.

3. Pour strawberry milk over oats and chia seeds. Stir again to combine. Top with lid and place in fridge overnight.

4. The next day, top with Catalina crunch (could use graham crackers but won’t have the same macros!) and cream cheese, and more fresh strawberries.
