We buy the large bag of these @justbarechicken chicken nuggets every time we go to @costco . They are the main food group in my kids diet and I don’t completely hate it because the nutrition facts are pretty good!
In part 1 of this series I’m making this super simple Buffalo chicken salad.

Ingredients
6-8 just bare nuggets
Buffalo sauce (I use @primalkitchenfoods because it’s unreal but any will do)
1 bagged salad (I found a Buffalo
Chicken one but any would do)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup shredded cheese of choice
Dressing of choice (I used @primalkitchenfoods Buffalo ranch but regular ranch, blue cheese etc would work)
Directions:
1. Place chicken nuggets in air fryer and air crisp for 6 minutes until hot through.
2. While nuggets are cooking, mix all salad ingredients. The dressing goes a long way with Buffalo nuggets so use 2-3tbsp recommended.
3. Take nuggets out, toss with Buffalo sauce and place back in air fryer for 4 more minutes or until crispy.
4. Add nuggets on top of salad! Enjoy.
