PB&J Protein/Fiber Bowls

I found these bowls on Eating Bird Food's website and I had to recreate. I wanted to add a little more fiber and a little more carbs so I redefined it a little bit. I have found that if I eat more fiber for breakfast with my protein, I stay fuller longer and my blood sugar spikes less. This bowl is such a great breakfast or heavy snack! I just LOVE it.
MACROS: Makes 1 serving
Per bowl:
Calories: 375 kcal
Protein: 34.5g
Carbohydrates: 44g
Fat: 10g
Fiber: 10g
INGREDIENTS:
1 (5.3 oz) container low sugar high protein greek yogurt (ex. siggis)
2 tablespoons PB2 (peanut butter powder)
¼ cup cottage cheese
½–1 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup Catalina Crunch cereal
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, PB2, cottage cheese, chia seeds, and honey until well combined.
Fold in berries.
Top with Catalina Crunch just before serving to keep it crunchy.
