BETTER FOR YOU SNICKERS BARK
Per Piece (if divided into 10 pieces):

INGREDIENTS:
10 dates, cut open and pit removed
3 tbsp drippy peanut butter, extra crunchy
½ bag lily’s dark chocolate chips, melted with 1 tsp coconut oil
Flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Lay out dates on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper over dates and roll them flat with rolling pin.
2. Slowly lift off parchment paper. Spread peanut butter over dates.
3. Melt dark chocolate in microwave with coconut oil. Stir every 30 seconds until melted.
4. Pour melted chocolate on peanut butter and spread out.
5. Top with flaky sea salt and put in freezer for a couple hours to set.
6. Break into about 10 pieces. Store in ziplock in freezer (for more crunch) or fridge for softer texture.
